Production Times
Speedpro offers 24 hour turnaround for many projects. Same day RUSH service is available, but may be subject to additonal charges. We strive to get your order completed ahead of schedule. The complexity of the project and availability of material will be examined when determining turnaround time. All due dates are considered "close of business" unless other arrangements have been specified. Speedpro will deliver your order on time on the date scheduled.
File Preparation and Support
Send your files less than 35mb to info@speedpro.com, or upload large files to our FTP file share by clicking here. You are welcome to drop by the studio with a USB drive, or disk.
Speedpro prefers the following file types: .ai, .eps and .pdf Other file types may be submitted for review. Please call us if you have questions.
Here are some helpful suggestions:
- Suggested Resolution: 150 dpi at final size for raster images
- Whenever possible, use Windows compatible, native files.
- Do not just place or link images
- Create outlines/ rasterize text, or include all font sets in file.
- Build files at full size to ensure you get the best quality.
- Most MS Office designed files are low resolution. Avoid.
- Proofread any text in your art.
- Ask before you start designing. We are happy to help.
We can offer technical support in setting up files for imaging. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning file formatting.
Speedpro will make every effort to ensure your print matches the art sent. Please proofread any text. We will contact you if we believe we see an error, but cannot be held responsible for errors in files that were not created by Speedpro. We are not accountable for the graphic content of your files. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for poorly created files. We will provide you with a proof upon request. Again, we love to provide our clients with helpful tips and tricks. Don’t hesitate to call us with questions about your design. We want you to be fully satisfied with your finished product.
Proofs
Speedpro will gladly provide you a proof or color test upon request. Variations occur in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, therefore "color critical" files require a test image. We assume no responsibility for undesirable color output if no color test is requested.
Copyrights & Trademarks
Reproduction in any form, of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator, is illegal. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission. We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.
Payment Terms
All orders are COD unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Company accounts may be established with an approved credit application.
Delivery
Free delivery is available for most jobs, minimum order required.
